Ergonomic Workshops for Employees
Our Ergonomic Workshops for Employees are designed to provide your employees with the knowledge they need to optimise the ergonomics of their own workstation, both in the office and at home, as well as provide important injury prevention education to help prevent desk-related symptoms and injuries from developing.

Ergonomic Workshops can be delivered together with, or instead of, an Office Ergonomic Assessment Sweep.
If you have a large number of employees, an office ergonomics workshop is a more cost-effective method to provide your employees with ergonomics education.

Our Ergonomic Training sessions are delivered by experienced and qualified Workplace Physiotherapists who specialise in workplace ergonomics and workplace injury prevention.

Understanding how symptoms and injuries typically develop in office based workers.

Early signs of musculoskeletal stress and strain, helping your employees to take action early and prevent little niggles progressing into fully fledged injuries.

Guidance on desk-bound time frames (both sitting and standing) for managing fatigue and minimising health risks.

Location for training?
​
All office ergonomic workshops are delivered onsite at your workplace. The first part of the session is educational in nature, and is best done in a room with a whiteboard or projector screen. The second part of the session is delivered out in your office space, as it involves a practical demonstration of an ergonomic assessment, which requires access to your standard office equipment.

Ergonomic Workshops for Employees typically requires 1 hour of onsite time.
